Creating an Inclusive Environment
A seminar with RFSL
🏳️🌈 In August, GroupM Sweden organized an event together with RFSL, The Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Rights, that sparked valuable discussions and reflections around understanding norms and LGBTQI concepts, as well as how best to find strategies to promote an inclusive workplace. Among other things, we talked about inclusive language and how best to avoid microaggressions.
